Expressions Arts and Entertainment Centre, Upper Hutt

2010: Developed marketing plan and carried out media liaison for Bohemians of the Brush: Pumpkin Cottage Impressionists.

The Prow website project

2008- ongoing: Developed publicity and marketing strategy, including consultation with key stakeholders, for The Prow.org.nz (a top of the South history website which has been developed by Nelson/Marlborough libraries and funded by the Government’s Digital Strategy).  Conducted workshops. Organise fortnightly publication of Prow stories in the Marlborough Express and the Nelson Mail.

The Nelson Provincial Museum

2008: Developed and implemented marketing strategy for Unpicking the Past and Body in Action exhibitions at The Nelson Provincial Museum. 

2007:  Developed and implemented marketing strategy for Nelson Provincial Museum’s, da Vinci machines exhibition. 

 

Marlborough District Libraries

Since 2001:  annual reassessment and development of communications and marketing strategies to promote use of Marlborough District Libraries, through improved services, events and communications.

2005: organized promotion of  Cocopops Interactive circus event in Nelson for Kellogg.

August 2003-2004: part time communications and fund raising co-ordinator for Age Concern Otago. Developed communications strategies which included fund raising, promotion of events and services, media liaison, newsletters and preparation and presentation of the winning Dunedin entry in the TrustPower Community Awards.  

Between 1996 and 2001:  communications clients included: Marlborough Forest Industries Association: newsletter, media liaison, organised and promoted photograph competition, website development www.marlboroughforestry.org.nz, author Joy Cowley (website and maintenance), Marlborough Chamber of Commerce (focus groups), Destination Marlborough  and Marlborough Lines (newsletters) and The Marlborough Ridge Resort (advertisements, brochures and newsletters).
